- Upstairs loft includes bunk-room for the groom’s quarters.
- Downstairs has a bridal quarters suite which includes barber chair.
- Butler’s kitchen for catering service.

- 8 foot stone top bar.
- Rustic finishes throughout for great pictures (old sawn redwood, white washed, old cedar fence, old time brick wall).
- The use of six Whisky barrels.
- Two metal rustic archways.
- Plenty of parking.
- Dance floor with 30 foot ceiling and rustic chandeliers.
- Includes a 4 hour rehearsal the night before the wedding.

- 6 - 60” round folding plastic tables
- 4 – banquet tables
- Seating for 100 permanently set up inside of barn
- Up to 250 additional folding chairs to be used inside and outside
- Outdoor fire pit area
- Bride and Groom can stay night in the Bridal suite the night of wedding- check out 10:00 am
